Account Manager

Job Description:
MorinCo is seeking a part-time detail-oriented Account Manager on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining client relationships, gathering requirements, and ensuring clarity, communication and client satisfaction.
This position requires strong communication skills, experience as an end-user with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Meetings: Regularly meet with clients to discuss their needs, provide updates, and gather feedback.
Software Demonstrations and Training: Demonstrate software solutions created during sprint meetings to clients.
Requirements Gathering: Collect and document client requirements and feedback to inform project development.
Task Management: Assist in creating and managing tasks based on client feedback and project needs.
Contract and Deliverables Organization: Help create and organize client contracts and deliverables, ensuring clarity and timely execution.
Information Delivery: Communicate gathered information and requirements back to MorinCo, LLC for further action.
Qualifications:
Experience with CRMs: Proficient in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. Experience with the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack is a plus.
Client Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail, ensuring that all client requirements and feedback are accurately captured and conveyed.
Requirements Gathering: Experience in gathering and documenting client requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deliverables efficiently.
Remote Work: Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
Compensation: This is a part-time, contract position with flexible hours. Meetings and communications will be during business hours. Estimated weekly hours are between 4 and 8 hours. The hourly rate is $50 per hour.
